Stadium exit routes

Pedestrian exits needed clear low-level marking for emergency purposes.  The scheme would run both inside and outside the building, in high traffic areas with wide seasonal range of temperature and weather conditions.  The architect specified PermaStripe with additional features cut from PermaRoute material to match the graphics used elsewhere in the stadium.
